Three parents die after falling into frozen Arizona lake ‘trying to take pictures on ice’
The mother and father of the two children and the other parent, all of Indian nationality, were drowning victims recovered from a frigid lake in Arizona. Authorities and friends of the family said the three were taking pictures when the ice fell.

Forest Lakes agents received a report Monday afternoon that three people were missing at Woods Canyon Lake, officials said.
Rescuers pulled Harisa Mudana out of the water, but she was pronounced dead. They were found the next day.
Sheriff’s Department spokesman John Paxton told ABC-15 television in Phoenix that the trio were part of a group of three families who drove in from their home in Chandler’s suburb of Phoenix. I wanted to enjoy the outdoors the next day.
They seemed to “want to take pictures on ice,” Paxton said.
That’s when three parents fell.
family friend kishore pittala told CBS affiliate KPHO-TV He is currently taking care of the Muddana family’s two young daughters.
“It’s a tough situation, so first of all we are in shock and really worried about our children,” Pittala told the station.
The family-friendly GoFundMe has already raised over $500,000.
