How Ellen Ying turned her love of the restaurant industry into a culinary empire

Asian-American restaurateur Ellen Ying, who grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey, didn’t see many people like her. She eventually found her place in the restaurant industry and has devoted her life to the culinary world. Today, she runs multiple restaurants in Philadelphia serving a variety of cuisines.
