Chicago Police: Woman found dead on Fullerton CTA tracks in Lincoln Park
CTA’s Red, Brown and Purple lines stop at Fullerton on the North Side.

Chicago (WLS) — A woman was found unresponsive and dead on the tracks at the Fullerton CTA stop early Saturday morning, according to Chicago police.
Paramedics found the 37-year-old woman just before 4:30 a.m.
CPD said she was taken to the Advocate Illinois Freemasonry Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
The Cook County Coroner’s Office ruled the death to be an accident and announced that he died of electrocution from contact with the third rail.

The Red, Brown and Purple lines stop at Lincoln Park’s Fullerton Station on Chicago’s North Side.
The accident caused delays on the red and brown lines.
