Alex Gonzalez, Releve Counseling therapist, said: “Maybe I need to look into it so I don’t get overwhelmed. Or if I get overwhelmed, ‘What should I do?'”
Therapists are encouraged to set boundaries and remember that it’s okay to say no to people, even family members.
