15 year old girl missing near Old Irving Park

CHICAGO — Chicago police are seeking help from the public to find a missing 15-year-old girl on the Northwest Side.

Leilani Jordan was last seen near the intersection of West Addison Street and North Milwaukee Avenue on Wednesday, February 22, according to police, wearing gray and black pants, a gray shirt and a black coat.
