A man has been arrested in connection with the unsolved murder of two teenage girls in Delphi, Indiana in 2017.
Richard Matthew Allen, a licensed pharmacy technician who worked at a local CVS store, is charged with two counts of murder in the murders of Liberty German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13. Arrested on Friday.
On February 13, 2017, relatives dropped Libby and Abby off on a hiking trail just outside of Delphi. Their bodies were found the next day in a rough wooded area near the trail.
The City College of Chicago has reached a tentative contract agreement with a negotiating team representing its faculty and staff, said Tony Johnston, president of the Cook County College Teachers Union. Please check this out for details.
