Combine new skills by completing the Capstone project at the end of the program. Our take: Learn how to plan, design, implement, and create blueprints for enterprise data structure solutions. This nanodegree program will take four months to complete.

explanation: This program plans, designs, and implements enterprise data infrastructure solutions and creates a blueprint for your organization’s data management system. Use PostGreSQL to create relational databases, design online analytical processing (OLAP) data models to build cloud-based data warehouses, and design scalable data lake architectures to meet your big data needs. Finally, you’ll learn how to apply data governance principles to your organization’s data management system.

Our take: This program will help you learn the skills to improve your data engineering career. Students also build real-time applications for processing big data and compile data execution analysis.

explanation: Learn how to process data in real time with fluent use of the latest data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Spark Streaming, and Kafka Streaming. Start by understanding the components of your data streaming system. Next, build a real-time analytics application.

Our take: This Udacity Nanodegree helps you learn SQL, the core language of big data for big data analysis. Students need to prepare a basic understanding of data types and plan to spend two months on this training.

Learn how to determine, create, and execute SQL and NoSQL queries for manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
