Commerce City, Colorado-Larima Biara scored in the 90th minute and Portland Timbers defeated the Colorado Rapids 1-0 on Thursday to advance to the final of the Western Conference.
Portland will face the winner of the match between Sporting Kansas City and Real Salt Lake on Sunday.
