Winter Haven, Florida (AP) — Park officials announced Tuesday that a stand-alone Peppa Pig theme park at Legoland Florida Resort will open on February 24th.
A one-day ticket to Florida Central Park costs $ 34.99 at the gate and $ 30.99 online. The annual pass costs $ 79.99. The new park also offers several combo deals for Legoland and its water parks. According to the news release, based on the popular preschool anime TV series, the new park will be located near the main Legoland theme park, but will be issued separately.
The Peppa Pig Theme Park features rides, interactive attractions, themed playgrounds, water playgrounds and live shows, designed primarily for young children and their parents. Family members can also meet Pepper and her friends. Attractions include Georges Fort, Grandpa Pigs Green House, Georges Tricycle Trail, Madame Gazelle’s Nature Trail, Maddy Paddle Splash Pad, Mr. Potato Showtime Arena, Peppa Pigs Tree House, Pirates Island Sandplay, Rebecca Bits Playground. The Peppa Pig theme park operates under a license agreement with Hasbro, the owner of the character.
