Café workers contacted police, who later arrived at the 32-year-old suspect’s Bronx’s house. Chemoy Royal.. In anticipation of delivery, Royal opened the door and was arrested by police.

Royal was charged on Sunday with numerous charges, including rape and strangulation. He was also charged in connection with another case from the previous week, which was accused of attacking and threatening another woman.
