Approximately 900 US Secret Service employees tested positive for the coronavirus, according to government records obtained by a government surveillance group.
According to documents obtained by citizens for Washington’s Responsibility and Ethics, Secret Service records show that 881 people were COVID- with government salaries between March 1, 2020 and March 9, 2021. I was diagnosed with 19.
The records received through the disclosure law request did not include the names or assignments of those who tested positive. However, more than half (477) worked in the special agent department responsible for protecting the president and vice president, as well as the families and other government officials of these leaders.
