After months of long-distance calls, the alleged victim and Allen were eventually reunited in Las Vegas, with Allen scheduled to make several public appearances. In her lawsuit, Allen alleges that during her court appearances, Allen introduced her alleged victim as a girlfriend and that she repeatedly stated that she wanted a future with her and a child.

After appearing in court, Allen reportedly took the victim to his hotel room and joined his bodyguard. She said she and her bodyguard could spend time in the room until another room was arranged. Allen and the woman then headed to the hotel room’s balcony, where the bodyguard excused her to go to her room, she claimed in her lawsuit.

After allegedly kissing him on the balcony, Allen reportedly told the victim to enter the bedroom with him, but he held him face to the balcony railing, told him to wait, and turned his back to the door. He told him not to point it at him and warned him not to look at it. litigation.
