The shooting took place around 12:42 am, according to Kenosha officials.
At least two others were seriously injured and transferred to a local hospital.
“The next thing I hear a lot of shots disappearing. I got up, started running and looked out the window. Look at the people running in all directions from the bar,” lives near the bar. Peter Proski said.
No male suspect was found at that time. According to Kenosha officials, the man was over 6 feet tall and wore a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.
Kenosha officials believe the incident was targeted and isolated. They do not consider the community to be a threat at this time.
Sheridan Road has been closed near the scene, and authorities have said the area should be avoided so that the Kenosha Sheriff’s Office can continue its investigation.
