The Chicago-Bears haven’t won the playoffs for almost 11 years. Some of the reasons were recorded athletic on Friday morning.
Adam Yarns, along with fellow Bears reporter Kevin Fishbain, with George McCaskey as team chairman, writes about the team’s inability to find consistency on and off the field... After he took over in 2011, the team has five head coaches in just over 10 years, and the latest coaches will be hired within a few weeks.
During that period, the Bears have not yet won the playoff game. Only one team goes to the postseason in that span.
Yarn discussed the story athletics as the team looked for a replacement for general manager Ryan Paice and head coach Matt Nagy on Friday afternoon’s “9 Yard Line.” Reporters also discussed what they saw from franchise quarterback Justin Fields during the first season with the team.
